Kosmetik Institut ve své tvorbě čerpá z vlivů osmdesátkového New Wave. Strohé synthy, bicí automaty a post-punkové kytarové riffy doplňují melancholické texty, které se vyrovnávají s prázdnými místy vnějšího a vnitřního světa, nekonečnou představivostí uvnitř rychle utíkajícího města a věčnými sny o padajících letadlech. Elektronicko-kytarové duo dlouholetých kamarádů z Brna zahájilo svoji tvorbu na jaře 2023 debutovým EP s názvem "4 7 8", na které na podzim 2024 navazuje druhým EP "Nekonečná představivost".

Leafur
Leafur is a music nerd, dj and producer who was originally heavily influenced by the lo-fi scene. He started as a bedroom producer in 2018 when he started mangling with guitar effects. His interest turned from the guitar to sound itself and its exploration. During his musical journey, he went through many phases, taking inspiration from different genres. He likes weird wet sounds with a lot of organic textures. Nowadays he is more drawn to techno, but his deep love for gritty electro cannot be denied. He is now part of Duracacell collective and co-manager of noRemorse RAVE label, where you can find his latest release Psychodidactical transformation. You can also listen to his production under project Chryzotil 271.
